Recent Works

Recent works are a reflection of Cathy's love of the figure. Included in the mix as well are her horses and birds. She has been known to say, "If it breathes I'm drawn to it as a subject to paint."  Ever more interested in line and texture, these paintings use acrylic, charcoal, gesso and other water soluble painting and drawing mediums. Most are composed using a square format to enhance the contemporary feel of the work.
